Please confirm your order details prior to placing your order. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason.

If you are just looking for an estimate on shipping charges, please contact us.
Shipping charges shown are an ESTIMATE only. After we have gotten an actual shipping quote, we will contact you for credit card information for extra charges or a refund, whichever is due. If the shipping charge is of concern to you, please contact us before placing your order.
For customers on the west coast, give us a call to discuss delivery on our truck.
Shipping estimates are for the lower 48 states – Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require a special quote.

The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as “Conditions”) described below govern the use of this site (referred to as “Concord Sheet Metal” or “site”). Your use and/or placement of any order indicates your acceptance of these Conditions.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Shipping

All gutter, downspout, deco tops and nosing must be shipped via common carrier. UPS Ground is offered for all accessory-only orders.

Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied, you may return your items and we will refund the purchase price, less our shipping & handling, plus a re-stocking fee as noted below. Return shipping & handling charges will be the buyers responsibility.
Please note: Scratches on copper are normal during shipping and are not grounds for rejection of product; they will, however, fade with time and should disappear as your copper develops a patina.
All returned items must be in re-saleable condition. No refunds will be issued on returned items that are damaged or un-saleable.

Due to the oils used during the perforation process, perforated copper will have discoloration. This does not compromise the quality of the material, AND it is not grounds for rejection of the product.

Stainless steel, copper, hammered copper, quilted stainless and copper perforated materials are NOT returnable for refunds, nor are any other cut-to-order or custom materials.

Re-stocking fees

Return received within 30 days – 15% re-stocking fee
Return received in 31 – 60 days – 25% re-stocking fee
No Returns after 60 days

Damaged Product

We double-check every shipment to insure accuracy. It is the customer’s responsibility to open and inspect all packages immediately upon receipt, checking for damaged product and verifying all quantities. The customer must note any damages, in writing, on the bill of lading to the delivery carrier at time of delivery to be eligible for reimbursement. All claims for shipping damages or missing product must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery of product. Notify us by sending an e-mail to sales@concordsheetmetal.com. Concord Sheet Metal will handle all claims with the freight carrier on the customer’s behalf.
Concord Sheet Metal may, at their discretion, require digital photographs to help in processing damage claims with the freight company.

Pricing Errors

Unfortunately we are not able to honor pricing errors or mistakes. We will offer a full refund in such cases.
